€35,000,000,000 GLOBAL COVERED BOND PROGRAMME (the "Programme")

AMENDMENTS TO COVERED BOND SWAPS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, as part of Santander UK plc's reference rate migration process in respect of its funding programmes, certain amendments have been made to the following documents in order to replace LIBOR and EONIA with alternative reference rates before their respective discontinuation:

·    the Confirmation relating to the EUR 500,000,000 Fixed Rate Covered Bonds due 18 September 2024 (Series 60) as referred to in the 1992 ISDA Master Agreement (Multicurrency-Cross Border) dated as of 18 September 2014;

·    the Confirmation relating to the EUR 1,000,000,000 Fixed Rate Covered Bonds due 21 April 2022 (Series 61) as referred to in the 1992 ISDA Master Agreement (Multicurrency-Cross Border) dated as of 21 April 2015;

·    the Credit Support Annex to the Schedule to the ISDA Master Agreement dated as of 18 September 2014; and

·    the Credit Support Annex to the Schedule to the ISDA Master Agreement dated as of 21 April 2015,

effected by the entry into of the following documents:

·    an amended and restated Covered Bond Swap Confirmation (Series 60);

·    an amended and restated Covered Bond Swap Confirmation (Series 61);

·    the EONIA Bilateral Amendment Agreement (Series 60); and

·    the EONIA Bilateral Amendment Agreement (Series 61),

(together, the "Amendment Documents").

Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Amended and Restated Master Definitions and Construction Agreement relating to the Programme dated 30 April 2021 (as amended from time to time) or the Amendment Documents (as context dictates).
