Direct Line Group: Board change

The Board of Direct Line Insurance Group plc ('DLG') announces that Tracy Corrigan will be appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 November 2021.

Tracy's professional background in the media industry spans financial journalism, digital media and corporate strategy. She worked for News Corp for nine years, first as Editor in Chief, Europe, then as Digital Editor of The Wall Street Journal. Most recently, as Chief Strategy Officer of Dow Jones, she was responsible for global strategy, customer insight and analytics, M&A and commercial policy, overseeing the digital transformation of the business during a period of significant growth in digital and recurring revenues. In previous roles, Tracy was a columnist for The Daily Telegraph and held various positions for The Financial Times, including Editor of the Lex Column and Editor of FT.com. She graduated in Modern Languages from St Catherine's College, Oxford.
