Director/PDMR Shareholding

The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that on 11 October 2021, Bhavesh Mistry, Chief Financial Officer, exercised 60,944 nil cost options over ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company. Bhavesh subsequently sold 28,702 shares to settle tax and national insurance contributions and dealing fees arising from the exercise and retained the balance of 32,242 shares which he must continue to hold for at least two years in accordance with the terms of the grant.

The options were granted to Bhavesh on 19 July 2021 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan in order to replace awards that he forfeited in order to join the Company, as previously disclosed on 21 July 2021.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
