NEON EQUITY AG pays dividends to its shareholders in the form of bonus shares
Frankfurt am Main, June 28, 2023 – NEON EQUITY AG (NEON EQUITY, ISIN: DE000A3DW408), a founder-managed investor and growth enabler, has paid out a dividend in the form of a total of 4.05 million free shares to its shareholders. The shareholders benefiting from the good business development of NEON EQUITY in 2022 and beyond. The issue of bonus shares was resolved at the Annual General Meeting on May 10, 2023 as part of the increase in share capital from company funds. The share capital was increased from EUR 40.05 million to EUR 44.05 million through the conversion of retained earnings.
