Majara Investment Limited (ultimately owned by H Sajwani) held 9,98% (4,690,826 shares) of Instone Real Estate Group before 14 Nov 2023. Majara transferred its entire 9,98% in Instone to Samarra Company Limited (also ultimately owned by H Sajwani). As a result, on 15 Nov 2022 Majara owned zero shares (0%) and Samarra owned 9,98% of Instone and the full chain of control is as above.
