Change of the Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer of KION GROUP AG, Marcus Wassenberg, has left the company with immediate effect. The Supervisory Board of KION GROUP AG has appointed Christian Harm as the new Chief Financial Officer for a period of three years with immediate effect. Christian Harm has been with the company and its predecessor company for more than 20 years. He most recently held the position of the Executive Vice President Finance of the KION Group’s operating unit KION ITS EMEA.
