The Directors of Ruffer Investment Company Limited have declared that an interim dividend will be payable in respect of the year ended 30 June 2021 as follows:

Ex Date:                                   14 October 2021

Record Date:                            15 October 2021

Payment Date:                          29 October 2021

Dividend per Share:                  1.55 pence (Sterling)

Following the payment of an interim dividend in March 2021 of 0.95p per share, the Directors wish to advise that 0.7 pence of the 1.55 pence per share being declared today relates to a one-off special dividend received from one of the Company's investments.
