Majedie Investments PLC (the "Company") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc. The transaction is in accordance with the Company's buy-back programme announced on 16 January 2019 (re-authorised on 20 January 2021).
