Directors' Non-Beneficial Shareholdings

On 30 September 2021, the Estate of A W Pidgley, of which R C Perrins is a co-executor and thereby acquires a non-beneficial interest, exercised the option to acquire shares granted under the 2011 LTIP at an Option price of £5.30 per share.  Following the exercise, the EBT transferred 188,678 shares to the Estate of Mr A W Pidgley net of the option exercise price (representing 0.15% of the Company's Share Capital).  The non-beneficial holding of R C Perrins through interest in the shares held by the Estate of A W Pidgley is as follows:
