Confirmation of Board Changes

Further to the announcement on 14 July 2021, Dunelm Group plc ("Dunelm" or the "Company"), the UK's leading homewares retailer, is pleased to confirm that Vijay Talwar has today joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

No further disclosures are required under LR 9.6.14 with respect to this appointment, and together with his 'persons closely associated' Vijay currently has no beneficial interests in the Company's ordinary shares of one pence each.
