Performance Share Plan award to PDMRs
The Company announces that on 27 September 2021, under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), that the Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMR") listed below were granted nil-cost share options ("Option") over a total of 58,661 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares").

No consideration was paid for the grant of the Option. The number of Shares subject to the Option was calculated based on a share price of 814p, being the mid-market closing price, as derived from the London Stock Exchange daily Official List, for dealings on 24 September 2021.
Vesting of the Option is conditional upon achieving certain performance targets over the three-year performance period ending 30 June 2024. The Option will vest, and will be capable of exercise, from the date on which the Company announces is financial results for the financial year ended 30 June 2024.
