Completion of change in management arrangements

The boards of the Mobeus VCTs (Boards) are pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement made on 10 September 2021, the sale of the Mobeus Equity Partners LLP (Mobeus) VCT fund and investment management business to a subsidiary of Gresham House plc (Gresham House) has successfully completed with effect from 30 September 2021.

As a result of the above, the Mobeus VCTs' investment advisory arrangements have been novated from Mobeus to Gresham House Asset Management Limited.    

Other changes

As part of completion of the novation, the following changes have also been made with effect from 30 September 2021:

Company Secretary

The Company Secretary of the Mobeus VCTs has changed to Gresham House Asset Management Limited.

Registered Office

The registered office of each of the Mobeus VCTs has changed to 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3TW.
