Executive Share Scheme & Proposed CEO Transition
Frasers Group confirms that the Executive Share Scheme proposed by the Board was approved at today's AGM, and for reference would have been approved if the votes cast by Mr Mike Ashley, or his holding companies, had not been included in the quorum or vote.
It is now confirmed that it is intended that Mr Michael Murray will assume the CEO role from 1st May 2022 further to our RNS of 5th August 2021.
The Group notes that it will be necessary for Mr Murray and the Group to finalise the terms on which any relevant prior consultancy services agreements will terminate prior to 1st May 2022.
