SimCorp A/S – Changes to executive management

Company Announcement no. 9/2022 - inside information

SimCorp announces that Michael Rosenvold has informed the Board that he wishes to pursue a career as non-executive director in Danish and foreign companies and thus commences the process to step down as Chief Financial Officer in SimCorp.

The Board of Directors will immediately start the search for a replacement candidate for Michael Rosenvold as Chief Financial Officer in SimCorp.

Michael Rosenvold has agreed with the Board of Directors to continue as Chief Financial Officer in SimCorp until the completion of a proper handover to his replacement.

SimCorp and the Board of Directors hereby thank Michael Rosenvold for a smooth transition and for his significant contribution to the growth of the company over the last 4.5 years and wish him all the best in the next chapter of his career.
