Completion of share buyback programme

HusCompagniet A/S ("HusCompagniet") has now completed its share buyback programme worth up to DKK 40 million, which was launched on 4 January 2022. As of 24 March 2022, HusCompagniet has purchased a total of 316,931 shares with an aggregated transaction value of DKK 36.8 million under the share buyback programme announced in Company Announcement No. 1/2022.

The share buyback programme has been implemented in accordance with EU Market Abuse Regulation, EU Regulation no. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 and the provisions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation").

Including the share buyback programme of DKK 180 million completed in August 2021, the Board of Directors proposes that 8.95% of the share capital be cancelled in a share capital reduction, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting on 8 April 2022 announced in Company Announcement No. 13/2022.
