INTENTION TO CONDUCT AUDIT TENDER
Drax Group plc announces that it is holding a tender process for the role of external auditor in preparation for the end of the period of tenure of the incumbent firm. The audit tender process will be overseen by the Audit Committee and is expected to conclude later this year, with a resolution proposing the appointment of the selected firm being put to shareholders at an Annual General Meeting.
