MANAGING DIRECTOR UPDATE

1414 Degrees Limited ( Company ) (ASX:14D) wishes to inform the market that it has given notice to Managing Director, Mr Jamie Summons, that he has not passed the probationary period of his employment contract and his employment with 1414 Degrees has ceased.

Dr Jordan Parham continues in his role of Acting Chief Executive Officer.

The Board of Directors, including interim Chair Mr Tony Sacre, are now in the process of appointing a permanent chief executive.
