DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, 1414 Degrees Limited (ASX:14D) (‘14D’ or the ‘Company’) advises that the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday 30 November 2020. An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors.

In accordance with clause 3.5(a)(iii) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Monday 12 October 2020.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Adelaide) on Monday 12 October 2020.
