Babcock International Group PLC will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") today at 11.00am at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London W1K 7TN. No material update to the FY21 full year results and Q1FY22 update - released on 30 July 2021 - will be provided.

We expect to report our Half Year Results for six months ended 30 September 2021 on 7 December 2021. This is later than the normal release date for our Interim Statement due to the expected increase in workload in transitioning to a new external audit firm, and to enable them to perform a review of the Interim Statement, which has not been done in previous years.
