Completion of Conversion of Capital Redemption Reserve

Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the final hearing in the Court process to convert its £49.85 million capital redemption reserve into a distributable reserve was held on 15 September 2021 and an order was pronounced by the Court (the "Order") confirming the cancellation of that part of the Company's share capital, which was approved by special resolution passed at the Company's 2021 annual general meeting (the "Reduction"). The Company is pleased to confirm that the Order has today been registered at Companies House together with a statement of capital approved by the Court.  All steps required in connection with the Reduction have now been completed.
