In a purchase agreement dated 11 September 2023, JotWe GmbH agreed to acquire 488,000 shares and FloJulCosMar GmbH agreed to acquire 327,000 shares from TRM Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. JotWe GmbH and FloJulCosMar FloJulCosMar GmbH have agreed on the subsequent coordinated acquisition of shares with voting rights from the purchase agreement and the exercise of voting rights. JotWe GmbH and FloJulCosMar GmbH have agreed on the subsequent coordinated acquisition of shares with voting rights from the purchase agreement as well as the exercise of the voting rights from the shares to be acquired and have thus coordinated their conduct by means of a corresponding agreement.
