Spotlight Stock Market approves Audientes A/S for listing
The Board of Directors of Audientes A/S, CVR No. 36 04 76 31, is announcing that the company has been approved for listing on Spotlight Stock Market ("Spotlight").
The approval comes following a review of the company and its Board of Directors and management, made by Spotlight. Provided that there are no unforeseen events, the change of marketplace from Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Copenhagen to Spotlight will be made during Q3 of this year. The trading on Spotlight will use Audientes' existing ISIN code and ticker name and, in general, there will be no need for any actions from existing shareholders who will still see their shares in their deposits.
Audientes will, in collaboration with its advisors and Spotlight, support existing shareholders of the company who are using a bank that is currently not a trading member of Spotlight and not able to trade through another trading member. This support will be in the form of information on the practical effects on the marketplace change and how it will be possible to sell and buy shares in Audientes going forward.
