Notice of Annual General Meeting

London, 7th September 2021 - Pennpetro, an independent oil and gas company focusing on production in the Gonzales Oil Field in Texas, USA, announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 11.30am (UK time) on 30 September 2021 in the Dora Carrington Room, Charlotte Street Hotel, Charlotte Street, London, W1T 1RJ. In the event there are any changes to the UK Govt policy on meeting, the AGM will be held by electronic means.
