At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 1 September 2021, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of 0.64p per Ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2021.

The dividend will be paid on 1 October 2021, to shareholders on the register as at 17 September 2021. The ex-dividend date is 16 September 2021.
