The Company announces that, following the passing of the special resolution at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 27 July 2021 relating to the cancellation of the Company's share premium account and the order made by the Court on 24 August 2021 confirming the cancellation of the Company's share premium account (the "Order"), the Order and the statement of capital in respect of the cancellation have been registered by the Registrar of Companies and the cancellation of the share premium account is now effective.
