Halle/Westfalen, 26. September 2023 – The Supervisory Board today approved the reorganization of the Managing Board to realign the company and further implement the restructuring plan, and mutually agreed with Angelika Schindler-Obenhaus, CEO and Chairwoman of the Managing Board, that she will terminate her position early as of September 30, 2023.
Dirk Reichert, in the role of advisory CRO since April 2023, will be appointed as a full member of the Managing Board as of October 1, 2023.
