The Company was notified on 27 August 2021 that on the same day Stephen Harrison, Chief Executive Officer transferred 34,662 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company for no consideration to his spouse Linda Harrison.

Stephen Harrison's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company, including those held by his spouse remains at 266,262.
