Capital Reduction

The Company announces that, following the passing of the special resolution at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 27 July 2021 relating to the cancellation of the Company's share premium account, the Court made an order on 24 August 2021 confirming the cancellation of the Company's share premium account. The cancellation of the share premium account will become effective once the Court order approving the cancellation and a statement of capital have been registered by the Registrar of Companies, which is expected to occur in early September 2021. Further announcements, as appropriate, will be made in due course.
