Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Gresham House Strategic (AIM: GHS), announces that it received notice on 17 and 20 August 2021 that Mr Anthony Dalwood, one of GHS's fund managers and Mr Graham Bird, a director of GHS and a member of the GHS Investment Committee, both PDMRs of the Company, purchased 5,119 and 5,092 ordinary shares in the capital of GHS respectively, at a price of 1585 and 1610 pence per Ordinary Share, on 17 and 20 August 2021. 

Following the purchase, Mr Dalwood's resultant holding in GHS is 36,302 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 1.04% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Bird's resultant holding is 26,543 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 0.76% of GHS issued share capital.
