Increased Third Quarterly Dividend

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce a third interim dividend for the financial year ending 30 September 2021 of 2.60 pence per ordinary share.  This is an increase of 2.0% from the third interim dividend of 2.55 pence per ordinary share paid during the financial year ended 30 September 2020.

This dividend will be paid on 30 September 2021 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 3 September 2021 with an ex-dividend date of 2 September 2021.

The Company expects to announce its fourth quarterly dividend and financial results for the year ending 30 September 2021 on or before 30 November 2021.
