Scrip dividend share allotment

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 528,421 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 25 August 2021.

The Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the final dividend for the year ending 31 March 2021.

The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
