Jason Shipstone, Chief Innovation Officer and a PDMR, has notified the Company that on 19 August 2021 in two transactions as specified in more detail in the table below, he sold in aggregate 9,512 ordinary shares in the Company at an aggregate price of 425.7166 pence per share. Following the transaction, Jason Shipstone's total shareholding in the Company is 50,339 shares.
