Aviva announces that:

·    On 12 August 2021, Adam Winslow, was granted an award under the Aviva Recruitment and Retention Share Award Plan ("RRSAP") to replace, on a like for like basis, deferred compensation forfeited on resignation from his previous employer.

·    The award was made for nil consideration.

·    The price used to calculate the number of RRSAP shares awarded is £3.28, being the average of the mid- market closing price of an Aviva ordinary share on the three consecutive business days immediately preceding 4 January 2021, being his start date.
