Notification of a transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

The Company has been notified that in order to fulfil a personal financial commitment forming part of a divorce settlement, and in compliance with a Court Order, Paul Feeney has sold 784 shares at £1.593862. The Shares were transferred to Mr Feeney by the Trustee in accordance with the rules of the Quilter plc Share Incentive Plan.  The proceeds of this sale, less tax due, will be transferred to Mr Feeney's former spouse.
