Pursuant to section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Ahlsell Danmark ApS, an indirectly owned subsidiary of CVC Capital Partners VII (A) L.P. as the controlling shareholder of Ahlsell AB and the Ahlsell group of companies inclusive of Ahlsell Danmark ApS, hereby notifies you, on its own behalf and on behalf of CVC Capital Partners VII (A) L.P., that as of 29 December 2022, CVC Capital Partners VII (A) L.P. indirectly through Ahlsell Danmark ApS has acquired a total of 11,637,444 shares in Sanistål A/S, corresponding to 97.60% of the total share capital and voting rights in Sanistål A/S.
