Dividend Declaration

The Board of Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to declare an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 April 2021 to 30 June 2021 of 0.6 cents per ordinary share, payable on 27 August 2021 to shareholders on the register on 13 August 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 12 August 2021.

Following this second interim dividend and the maiden dividend of 0.4 cents per ordinary share, the Company remains on course to achieve its dividend target of 2 to 3 per cent (based on the IPO issue price of 100 cents per ordinary share) in respect of the period from Admission until 31 December 2021.
