The Remuneration Committee has approved the granting by the Company of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to each of the following directors:  JFG Pilkington 51,800 notional shares, NA Stothard - 41,900 shares and AM Bainbridge - 31,150.

The awards will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during the period from 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2024.
