APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Duncan Owen as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 22 July 2021. Duncan will join the Company's Audit and Nominations Committees.

Duncan has 30 years' experience in the real estate sector. He was previously the CEO of Invista Real Estate Investment Management PLC and then Global Head of Real Estate at Schroders PLC before stepping down at the end of 2020. He now acts as Special Advisor to Schroders. He is also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Governors for the Church Commissioners and Chair of their Property Investment Committee.

Commenting on the appointment, Stephen Hubbard, Chairman of Workspace, said:

"We are delighted that Duncan has joined Workspace's Board. Duncan brings a wealth of experience in the real estate sector, including a deep understanding of the central London office sector, and I am looking forward to working with him to further progress the Company's strategy."  

This announcement has been made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11. There is no further information which is to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
