Update on Company name change

RM Secured Direct Lending PLC is pleased to announce that the Company's name has been changed to RM Infrastructure Income PLC with immediate effect. Further to the Company's announcement on 12 May 2021, it was made aware that the new name highlighted in that announcement had become unavailable.

The change of Company name was made by the Registrar of Companies on 22 July 2021. The change of name ensures consistency between the name of the Company and its revised investment strategy, which gives the Company's investors further exposure to critical infrastructure assets at the forefront of providing essential services to society, less correlated to the broader economic cycle and with appealing risk adjusted returns in line with the Company's performance targets.

With effect from 8.00 a.m. today, trading will commence under the Company's new name, RM Infrastructure Income PLC, and the Company's TIDM will be 'RMII'. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged.

The Company will be seeking a change to sector classification in due course.
