Major shareholder announcement

With reference to section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, HusCompagniet A/S (the "Company") hereby announces that Lind Value II ApS, owned by Henrik Lind through Lind Invest ApS, has notified the Company that Lind Value II ApS, holds 2,915,927 shares and 14,579,635 voting rights, corresponding to 16.01% of the total voting rights and the total share capital in the Company.
