Exercise of options under the Barratt Developments Savings-Related Share Option Scheme

The Company announces that, on 19 July 2021, David Thomas exercised an option to purchase and retain 3,112 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at an exercise price of £4.82 per share under the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.  

Following the above transaction, the Company confirms that, at the date of this announcement, each of the Executive Directors holds the following total number of options and awards over Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company:
