Transaction in Own Shares

Frasers Group announces that on 14 July 2021 it purchased 3,438 of its ordinary shares from Liberum Capital Limited (acting as the Company's broker) on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 599.69 pence per share, as part of the Company's buyback programme announced on 21 June 2021. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 125,991,563 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 514,610,806.
