Major shareholder announcement

With reference to section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, HusCompagniet A/S (the "Company") hereby announces that Danske Bank A/S has notified the Company that as of 7 June 2023 Danske Bank A/S, directly and indirectly through Danica Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab, Investeringsforeningen DI Select, Sicav – Capital LUX, holds a total of 11,047,465 voting rights, corresponding to 10.18% of the total voting rights in the Company. Further, Danske Bank A/S, directly and indirectly through Danica Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab, holds a total of 1,152,885 shares corresponding to 5.31% of the total share capital in the Company.
