HALF-YEAR REVIEW OF TOUAX'S MARKET-MAKING AGREEMENT WITH GILBERT DUPONT

The account under TOUAX's market-making agreement with Gilbert Dupont, a French brokerage firm, had the following balances at 31 December 2008:

• Number of Touax shares: 15,016
• Cash: €36,843.54

The corresponding balances at 30 June 2008 were:

• Number of Touax shares: 5,689
• Cash: €124,335.11

TOUAX has made two cash deposits into this account since 30 June 2008: one of €100,000.00 on 24 October 2008 and one of €9,861.47 on 10 July 2008.

The TOUAX Group provides operational leasing of shipping containers, modular buildings, river barges and freight railcars for a global customer base, both for its own account and on behalf of investors.
