The Board of Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust plc (the "Company", "DORE") has been informed that Joanna De Montgros, Non-Executive Director, has acquired 5,205 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 July 2021 as detailed in the table below.

As set out in the Company's prospectus dated 12 November 2020, Joanna has agreed that any fees payable to her in respect of her first year of service shall, save where the Company and the Directors agree otherwise, be used to acquire shares in DORE.
