Changes at Zumtobel´s Shareholder Structure / Aviva plc holds more than 5% of Zumtobel stock

Dornbirn, April 17, 2009 - Zumtobel AG (VSE: ZAG) has been informed concerning a change in the number of Zumtobel shares owned by Aviva plc. As of April 9, 2009, Aviva plc reported a holding of 2,285,600 shares in Zumtobel AG or 5.113% of the issued shares, through Delta Lloyd Asset Management NV.

Under Austrian law a company needs to announce if the stake of a shareholder exceeds or falls below a specific level (e.g. 5%).
