PAYMENT OF FINAL DIVIDEND

The Board announces a final dividend of 15.36 pence per share to shareholders (payable on 30 September 2021 to shareholders on the register on 3 September 2021, with the corresponding ex-dividend date being 2 September 2021).  This is an increase of 20% on the prior year final dividend, as previously communicated.

POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 are now available on the Company's website at www.ghsplc.com.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts (including the Notice of AGM) have been posted to shareholders who have requested them. The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of RPS Group, 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4EN at 10:00am on Monday 26 July 2021. Due to the uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, the AGM will be held virtually via conference call.
