TOUAX moves from compartment B to C of Euronext Paris Sofina takes a 5% interest

• In accordance with Rule 6902/1 of Book I, Euronext Paris published the list of the stocks which change compartments of capitalization as from 21/01/2009.

Considering a stock market capitalization which is calculated based on the opening stock exchange price during the last 60 trading days of 2008, TOUAX, previously included in the compartment B, will now be listed on compartment C of Euronext Paris.

• Sofina, a financial holding company listed on Euronext Brussels, gave notice of having, on 19 January 2009, crossed above the threshold of 5% of the capital of TOUAX, holding 237,500 shares.
