In addition to the disclosure on 30 June 2021 which detailed shares purchased by Simon Carter on 28 June 2021 under the Company's Annual Incentive Plan, Simon has made an additional purchase of shares utilising the remaining two thirds of his annual bonus plus additional funds.

Simon purchased a total of 39,485 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 502.73p per share on 1 July 2021.
