On 24 October 2023, Topdanmark announced a share buyback programme of a market value of up to DKK 50m (company announcement no 13/2023). The share buyback programme is carried out in accordance with Regulation No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of 16 April 2014 (MAR).
The share buyback programme was approved by the Danish FSA on 12 October, and it is planned to be carried out in the period 24 October 2023 to 21 November 2023.
Of the share buyback programme of a total of DKK 50m, the transactions carried out in the period 24 October 2023 to 30 October 2023 amounts to DKK 15,683,872.
The following transactions have been carried out under the share buyback programme in the period 24 October 2023 to 30 October 2023:

With the transactions stated above, Topdanmark holds a total of 1,142,915 own shares, corresponding to 1.27% of the share capital. In the holding of own shares, 222,310 shares have been deducted in the period 24 October to 30 October 2023 for the employee share scheme (see company announcement no. 11/2023 dated 14 September 2023), and Topdanmark's share-based remuneration elements.
The transaction data related to share buyback in detailed and summarised form is enclosed in accordance with the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016 (the Safe Harbour Regulations).
